Why choose internet counseling?
Convenience and Confidentiality
You will be able to schedule counseling sessions to meet your individual schedule. Email counseling can be done at any time and you can expect a rapid response (averaging 24-36 hours) from me. Chat and video conferencing can be scheduled to meet your needs. Online sessions can also be scheduled quickly, so if you need to talk to someone NOW, Help is Here!
Since you will not have to leave the comfort of your home, there are no longer worries about babysitting, bad weather, difficulty with mobility. We can "meet" when the kids are in bed, even if there is snow on the ground, or you just are not up to getting out of the house. People who travel for a living find online counseling fits their lifestyle.
Your confidentiality is ensured. Since you will not have to go to an office, you will be anonymous to everyone except me.

You will then decide if your counseling sessions will be via email, Instant message/chat or video conferencing or a combination of all those methods.
We can schedule your time, make sure we have the correct internet connections and I can answer your questions.
